Digital products

Every digital product you buy from Peak Body Coach, including The Living Lean Method and anything you add at checkout, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If within 30 days of purchase you don’t feel it was worth what you paid, email me at tom@peakbodycoach.co.uk and I’ll refund you in full. No hoops, no questions, and you keep everything you’ve downloaded.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. I process them as soon as I see your email, and depending on your bank the money usually lands within 5 to 10 working days.

Instant delivery and your cancellation rights

Digital products are delivered instantly, so by buying you agree to immediate access and waive the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital content. In practice this costs you nothing: the 30-day guarantee above is longer and has fewer conditions.

Coaching

Refunds and cancellations for 121 and online coaching are handled under your coaching agreement, not this policy. If you’re unsure about anything there, just ask.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
