This notice explains what personal data Peak Body Coach collects through this website and what we do with it.
Who we are
Peak Body Coach is the trading name of Tom Rawcliffe, sole trader, operating from 15 Resolution Way, London SE8 5NT.

For data protection purposes, Tom Rawcliffe is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website.
What we collect and why
1. Contact form
What we collect: your name, email address, and the message you send. Why: to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (replying to a message you’ve sent us). How long we keep it: 24 months from your last contact, then deleted.
2. Newsletter signup
What we collect: your email address, plus a record of the date and source of your consent. Why: to send you fitness and nutrition content. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us. How long we keep it: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
3. Discovery call bookings
What we collect: name, email, phone number, and any information you provide when booking a call. Why: to schedule and run the call. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (you’ve asked to book a call with us). How long we keep it: 12 months from the booking, then deleted unless you become a client.
We don’t use the website to collect health, payment, or special category data. That happens separately as part of the coaching agreement, which has its own privacy terms.
Who we share data with
We use the following processors to run the site and our communications. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
- Hostinger — website hosting
- WPForms — contact form submission handling on the website
- LeadConnector (HighLevel LLC) — newsletter delivery, discovery call bookings, and CRM
- Google (Gmail / Workspace) — email correspondence
We don’t sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
International transfers
LeadConnector and Google are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, or on UK International Data Transfer Agreements, to provide an appropriate safeguard under UK GDPR.
Hostinger operates within the EEA, which the UK recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and spam protection on the contact form. We don’t run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party profiling cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete your data
- restrict how we use it
- object to how we use it
- transfer it to another provider
- withdraw consent, where consent is the lawful basis

Complaints
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. If we can’t resolve it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office:
